Harper Parr is a New York-born singer-songwriter whose music explores memory, place, and the people who shape us. Raised in the heart of Lower Manhattan, she writes with the eye of a documentarian, finding stories in familiar streets, people close to her, and the seemingly ordinary moments that stay with us long after they’ve passed.

Blending soulful vocals, cinematic production, and deeply personal storytelling, Harper’s music is rooted in nostalgia, yet happily grounded in the present. Her songs are intimate and reflective, often finding beauty in the complicated nature of growing up, love, and learning to let go.

Having studied music at NYU, spent time living in Madrid, and completed a mentorship in Los Angeles under the guidance of Stargate, Harper has spent much of her life finding her voice and sound. Now, she finally feels ready to share it.

Her forthcoming debut project is a coming-of-age collection: a revealing portrait of growing up in New York, told through her unique storytelling.
